Shopping Trips and the Not So Fun Weekend

Man Alive!! This weekend was anything but dull! In a nutshell, Dave went to the ER (he is fine now), I did about 50 errands with the kiddos (which made me wish "I" was in the hospital), Sox got sick (which meant cat poo all over the garage floor. At that point I was ready to shoot myself in the foot just so I could go to the hospital. At least there they don't make you clean cat poo) and I STILL have dishes from 4 days ago in my sink! The only thing I have managed to do was conquer the mountain of dirty laundry was ever growing.

Anyways, enough about drama. Let's talk about shopping!

I needed to do a lot of errands and since I knew I was going to have my kiddos with my I brought their favorite treat. Gummy Bears! Those boys can and will eat an entire bag in one sitting. Sheesh.

First, I dragged them to the mall. Jake was probably racking his brain trying to figure out why his mom was dishing him this special torture. What had he done to deserve a trip to the dreaded Bath and Body Works?!?


I will say for the most part they behaved. At least they didn't break anything while we were there. I mostly distracted them by smelling all the soaps with me and asking their opinions lol. The soaps were on sale 6 for $20 and the cashmere lotion (which is my ALL TIME FAVORITE) was on sale for $6each!

Then it was off the Target. I actually got to go by myself while Steven was taking a nap!

The cereal was $0.25 a box! AWESOME price! I sure hope we like it lol.

Then yesterday while we were waiting for the truck to get an oil change I took the boys over to Target with the stroller. I Love that stroller. Anything that confines my wild children to a small space is my friend. Is that bad?

The Vaseline lotions were $0.69ea after store and manu coupons and sale price!
The Wonka suckers were $1 each!
The Johnson baby wash with bonus bubble bath were on price cut for $1.97ea and I had the $1/1 manu coupon making the just $0.97each! Woo Hoo!
Saved $16.78!

Then I got these yummy treats at Walgreens!

These treats were on sale for $2.50 each then there is a $2/2 in the Feb wags booklet and there is also a $2/2 from the Sunday's paper making them just $0.50ea!
Spent $5.04!
Saved $34.09!

I got these Gummie Vit C from Soap.com for $6.07! (I had some credit from this company since they messed up my last order)

Saved $27.88!

Then I got these wipes from Amazon.com for FREE!

If you get your hands on a $10 off any Baby Amazon purchase coupon you could score some free wipes too! 502 wipes shipped to my door for nothin'.

And last but not least, I got a pkg from Panda Express with lots of coupons!

35 Free Kids Meal coupons to be exact. Obviously, we wont be using all these by the expiration date (I will be lucky if I can drag Dave to Brownsville just once). So if any of yall would like some of these just let me know! I would be happy to share!
